Our Review

Addison Turner has scripted the perfect life within her mind for herself, as well as a perfect fairy tale ending. She is debuting her doggie fashion designs to the elite of the dog show world to make her name a well-known fashion designer for the doggie world. She is on track with her new venture at the local dog show. While she is giving free services to the dogs at a gala event held for the dog owners, some of the dogs are stolen right out from under her nose. With the bad publicity and the condemning dog owners, Addison imagines her business going under.

Felix Vaughn is the head bartender at the gala and decides he wants to know Addison better, but she is looking for a man with money. When Addison becomes the main suspect in the dog-nappings, she knows she needs Felix’s help. When more dogs go missing and Felix becomes a suspect as well, Addison and Felix start their own investigation into the crimes. As things heat up between Addison and Felix, and they get closer to finding the thieves, both of them know they want different things in life.

A fun-loving romp of thieves and eccentric dog owners makes this tale one worth reading. I laughed through a lot of it and sighed through the close encounters of two stubborn people who can’t see the connection that is right in front of them. If you like doggy tales then this is the book for you.
