So just what is BookCase.Club? A book subscription service that delivers! According to their website:
Book Case is a one stop monthly subscription service for book lovers. Each case will contain a selection of handpicked books based on your preferences that you’re sure to love.
Our team consists of certified book worms and we have a long history in the world of literature so you can be assured that the books we select for you each month will be a delight to read.
We at Romance Junkies obviously selected Romance as our genre of choice. The case is usually shipped out on the 1st of the month, but since we are a test case, we were a little later.

Nothing is crushed, a nice note explaining the two books inside. They chose for us I SHALL BE NEAR YOU by Erin Lindsay McCabe and NANTUCKET SISTERS by Nancy Thayer (whom we reviewed on another book, here).
Great choices of lovely books, and for the price of $9.99 per month plus $5 shipping, you can’t beat this deal. Consider each book is easily worth over $20 US, and you have a great thing going here. Specifically, we would have spent only $15 on a $50 purchase, not including tax. That’s a discount of 60%. Also note, you can subscribe for months or by the year, and the price is discounted accordingly (see their packages here.)
This seems like the perfect subscription deal if you don’t mind them choosing your books for you. And there is more than just romance. BookCase.Club offers eight categories of books to choose from:

All in all, a terrific way to bring books into yours or a friend’s life if you want to read great novels for less than half the price. This also makes a terrific holiday or birthday gift, as the box is big, the books quality and heavy, and it looks like you spent a lot when you actually didn’t. LOL Okay, that’s the crafty gift-giver in me trying to be sly. But honestly, I hadn’t known what to expect from BookCase.Club when they asked me to take a look at them, and I couldn’t be more bowled-over.
I’m super pleased with the package they sent and wondering how many people on my list might be getting these for Christmas. And then there’s me, and I deserve a treat too, I’m thinking…
