Top 5 things to do before the world ends with award-winning author Serena Zane
It’s December 14, 2012, just days before the world is supposed to come to an end. Are you ready?
According to researcher’s the Mayan calendar cycle called the 13th b’ak’tun comes to an end on December 21, 2012. Many have believed that this signals the end of the world and another “rogue” planet is due to crash into ours on the Winter’s Solstice. However, just to ease your fears, Nasa scientists state that there is no need to fear! They would have detected an object that size long before now. You can check out what they have to say on their webpage: http://www.space.com/14137-2012-doomsday-theories-nasa-interview.html
The myth originated with claims that Nibiru, a planet said to be discovered by the Sumerians, is headed toward Earth. This catastrophe was initially predicted for May 2003 (that didn’t happen), and when nothing occurred, the doomsday date was moved forward to December 2012. Then these two fables were linked to the end of one of the cycles in the ancient Mayan calendar at the winter solstice in 2012 – hence the predicted doomsday date of December 21, 2012.
So, much like Buffy (who has encountered many an Apocalypse) I shall endeavor to go about my daily life and prepare for Christmas. But, just in case, what are your top 5 things to do before the world ends?
Here are mine:
10. Get my Christmas shopping done, just in case. 9. Play a mad game of Puerto Rico with my family 8. Go see ‘The Hobbit’ – cause there’s no way I’m missing that 7. Have a ‘date night’ with my husband, It’s been far too long 1. Take at least one day to relax.
There are only a few days left to enjoy, so hop online and purchase your copy of Tiger Eye and see what Jaguar (A Doomsday Extremist group) is up to in the fourth and final book in the Jewel series, Tiger Eye!
Rusty Caveneau was enjoying his vacation time when the call came. The storage facility had been hit. A substantial amount of evidence turned up missing from the unit overnight. Strange things were happening at the New York facility. People were ending up dead, key evidence went missing, and now this.
Rusty is called back to headquarters by his good friend and teammate Chase Montgomery to find out what happened. Who was behind the attacks, and why? It had to be an inside job. If that was the case, then Rusty needed to discover who would have the motivation to commit such crimes.
Alexandria Summers worked internal affairs. It was her job to discover who was behind all the occurrences at FIUW and no man would get in her way — even if he did have a slow sexy smile and abs to die for.
A combustible combination, Rusty couldn’t seem to convince the feisty brunette that his friends weren’t involved. And if she didn’t stop giving him those heated looks when she thought he wasn’t looking he would show her just how hot Cajun spice could be…
In a world full of politics and terror, the agents of FIUW join forces with government agencies around the globe to take out those threatening the safety of the people. The Jewel series is a set of action/adventure romance novels that will take your breath away.

If the world ends on the 21st, what would I do? Sit in my comfy chair and wait for it. No five things to accomplish. I have a thousand things to accomplish, so five days isn’t going to cut it. lol.
Nice post.
