“These Dire wolves are going to rock the paranormal world.”—New York Times bestselling author Alexandra Ivy
“A raw, sexy world.”—New York Times bestselling author Maya Banks
DIRE WANTS by Stephanie Tyler is the second book in her dark, paranormal romance series, The Eternal Wolf Clan. The series focuses on the last eight remaining Dire Wolves—shifters cursed with immortality.
The supernatural world is rising up against the human one. The weretrappers want to control the humans, and only the immortal Dire Wolves stand in the way of total destruction. Stray, a Dire, and his long-lost brother, Killian, emerge as the leaders of their pack. To keep themselves and the humans safe, the Dires must find a witch as powerful as the one who has been helping the weretrappers.
They find what they are looking for in Kate, a human who survived a horrible car accident a few years ago that left her back scarred with a handprint that no one else seems to be able to see. Stray senses in Kate the powers of a witch. He recruits her to help the Dires, all the while knowing that she is so powerful that they will need to kill her once she helps defeat the weretrappers.
Stray doesn’t expect the powerful connection that he will feel with Kate, or how irresistible his need to protect her will be. They cannot hide their feelings for each other, and it becomes clear that the unheard of mating of a powerful witch and an immortal Dire may be inevitable…

Stephanie also writes as Syndey Croft. I started to read Stephanie’s books a few years ago and I just love them. I started with her “Hard” series and have finished all her Shadow Force books. I am looking forward to this ‘Dire” series.

I like her Extras page… so much to see… the pics, the soundtracks, etc.
I have not gotten into this series yet… have to get my hands on the Eternal Wolf Clan books.

She has a Weimaraner. I’ve thought they’re the prettiest dogs ever since the first one I saw when I was in high school.

Stephanie is a very interesting lady. I read that she traveled to Africa and wanted to someday live there. She considers herself a writer rather than an author, because that’s what she does.

Stephanie writes as Syndey Croft with one of my favorite authors (Larissa Ione). Their Sydney books are Paranormal Erotic Romance. Sydney’s books are classified as Erotica, so they are a much hotter, more graphic read than her Blazes or her romantic suspenses.

I loved the extras and more page, especially the character list. Sometimes when waiting for a book it’s always nice to have something to be able to refresh your memory on the characters you’ve read about. I loved Dire Needs and can’t wait to read Dire Wants.

I hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving! I like that she has her books separated into its own sections but within one page. I can clearly see her paranormal wolves books and her romantic suspense series. It’ll definitely help me see which books to read and in which order
