Help I can't get into chat what should I do?

If you can't get in:

1.Upgrade to Internet Explorer 6.0

2. Lower your security settings on IE. Not sure how to do this? Click on TOOLS menu>INTERNET OPTIONS>SECURITY TAB. Click on CUSTOM BUTTON. All buttons that say high security change to low. And make sure Scripting of Java Applets choose ENABLE. You can change this all back after the chat is over.

3. Find out if you have a firewall. Often firewalls will not let you into java based chats. You will have to talk to your ISP about this.

4. Upgrade you java -the latest Java update which you can download for free at http://www.java.com

You need to have the minium to get into our chats:

OS 10.2.3
Explorer 5.2.2

If you have anything lower you will have to upgrade to get into the java based chat software.

Lower your security settings in Internet Explorer just for the chat.
